Wash the strawberries and add them to a food processor to make juice (I added 20g of sugar and a little lemon juice)

Add gelatin powder and milk to foam and melt in hot water

After melting, add strawberry juice and stir well

Whip the whipped cream into textured and flowing state

Add the strawberry paste to the whipping cream and mix evenly

Mix well and pour about three-sevenths of the mold into the mold, then add a piece of cake and pour the rest

Pour well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and overnight is better

QQ Add boiling water and heat to dissolve

Pour it into the mousse cake and refrigerate until it solidifies

Apply a hot towel to the cake grinder for one minute and place a cup underneath. (The towel was not applied properly and the mirror surface was not removed from the mold properly)
