Peach ice cream
Overview
During the peach season, peaches are a delicious and healthy fruit that cannot be missed. I love to eat peaches, and since I was a child, my father has always encouraged me to eat more peaches, saying that if you are full of peaches and apricots, you will be hurt, and you will be buried under the plum tree. It means you can eat more peaches without getting angry or harming your health. So I have also loved eating peaches since I was a child. If you love eating peaches, you are naturally not satisfied with just eating them. Turning them into various delicacies is also a small satisfaction. So peach was put into ice cream. The taste is still good. Although I did not add whipped cream to this ice cream, but used milk and yogurt, the taste is still very good and the texture is quite delicate

Steps
-
Prepare the raw materials. This time instead of using whipped cream, use yogurt instead of whipped cream. Because many friends said that they didn’t have whipping cream at home and wanted a recipe suitable for daily cooking, so I used yogurt instead. The taste is still good, so you can follow the recipe with confidence. , squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the egg yolks, and stir evenly. Adding lemon will not only remove the fishy smell, but also make it taste better.
-
Boil the pure milk until it is almost boiling and then remove from the heat. Slowly pour the egg yolk liquid into the hot milk, stirring while pouring, so as not to let the eggs solidify
-
Cook the stirred egg yolk milk over low heat until it bubbles, then let it cool and set aside. Don't boil it completely or it will turn into egg drop soup.
-
Peel and core the peaches and place in a food processor.
-
Stir together with yogurt to form a paste
-
Pour the stirred peach paste into the cooled egg yolk liquid. Stir thoroughly.
-
Pour into a suitable freezer container, freeze for 4 hours, then take out and stir every hour. Stir 3-4 times in total, because there is no ice cream machine, stir multiple times to make the ice cream more delicate. Take the frozen ice cream out and let it sit at room temperature for about 3 minutes before eating.
