Have all ingredients ready.

After the butter melts over water, add the sugar and stir evenly.

After the eggs are mixed, add to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well.

Pour in the chopped cranberry cookies and mix well.

Finally pour in the cake flour.

Knead the dough with your hands.

Then shape into a rectangular shape and place in the refrigerator for about an hour.

After freezing, cut into slices about 0.6cm thick and place evenly on the baking sheet.

After preheating the oven, bake at 130°C for about 20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
