Wash and pit the large cherries and set aside

Put the cherries into the pot and add an equal amount of water. I added a few extra pieces of apple. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer.

When it becomes tender, add honey and lemon juice, collect the juice and remove from the pot.

After drying, put it into a glass bottle and store it in the refrigerator to enjoy at any time.
