Stir-fried meat with shredded green peppers and carrots, a healthy addition to rice. Because my family doesn’t eat spicy food, this green pepper is a sweet pepper to make the color look better, haha

Shred the carrots and green peppers and set aside, cut the meat into thin slices, marinate with cornstarch, peanut oil and soy sauce and set aside;

After the oil pan is heated, add garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, add carrots and stir-fry until soft;

Finally, add green pepper shreds and meat, stir-fry until the lean meat is cooked, add salt to taste, and serve
