Overview

Prepare five ingredients

First use an egg white separator to separate the egg yolk and egg white into two parts. Add 15 grams of white sugar to the egg yolk

Mix the egg yolks with sugar evenly, then add peanut oil and milk.

Then add sifted low-gluten flour (easy to mix evenly)

Stir the flour evenly until it turns into egg yellow

Use a whisk to beat the egg whites into egg whites until they have sharp corners when lifted.

Divide the egg whites into three parts and put them into the flour that has been mixed three times. This is the first time and mix well.

Add the egg whites for the second time and mix well

When I put it in for the third time, the overall color became whiter and whiter.

Mix everything evenly and pour into a six-inch cake mold.

Adjust the oven to 210 degrees and preheat for fifteen minutes.

Turn the oven up and down to 150 degrees, set the timer for 45 minutes, and start baking the cake.
