Three cups of chicken wings
Overview
I love chicken the most, but I couldn't remember how to make it well. I accidentally thought of three-cup chicken. If you have babies at home, you can make it without spicy food. It's delicious and can be eaten with rice!

Wash the chicken wings and cut them into pieces. Wash the chicken gizzards and cut them with a knife

Slice ginger and onion

Add the ginger slices and fry until yellow. Add the onions and continue to stir-fry. Pour the chicken wings and chicken gizzards into the pot and continue to stir-fry until the chicken changes color. Pour in a cup of cooking wine, a cup of mixed soy sauce, and a cup of rock sugar. Continue to stir-fry. When the chicken wings are colored, melt the rock sugar over low heat. Be careful not to let the rock sugar stick to the pan while stirring. No need to add water, just cover the lid and simmer until the chicken is tender
