Puff skin
Overview
This is my first time making puff pastry, and it turns out very nice and soft. Although my decorating skills are a bit goushi, I still won over my family with its delicious taste.

Steps
-
Add butter, water, sugar and salt to the pot, bring to a boil over low heat, turn off the heat and pour in the sifted flour.
-
Stir quickly and then slowly pour in the egg liquid in portions
-
Stir until it forms an inverted triangle shape
-
Put it into a pastry bag and squeeze it into the baking pan. Please don't laugh at my goushi pastry skills.
-
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. After the puffs have puffed up, switch to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Place the baking sheet on the second-to-last layer.

After coming out of the box, if you do not pour the cream immediately, you can refrigerate it first and reheat it for 3-4 minutes before use. After the puff pastry has cooled, pour the whipped cream into it.
