Room temperature fermented yogurt
Overview
I don’t have a yogurt machine at home, but I really like yogurt. I tried fermenting yogurt using the insulation of a rice cooker before, but it failed because the insulation temperature of the rice cooker was too high and killed all the probiotics. Then I tried fermenting it at room temperature and finally succeeded! And it saves a lot of electricity. Because I live in the south of Guangxi, the temperature is extremely high in summer, around 37°! Therefore, it provides favorable conditions for the fermentation of yogurt.
