Peach Jam

Overview

I have been suffering from back pain for the past few days. I went to the social security health station to see a doctor after get off work without eating dinner and got anti-inflammatory drugs and analgesic ointment. On the way back, I saw a cart full of fresh peaches, which cost 3 pounds for 10 yuan, so I bought 6 peaches on the way. I remembered that my friend told me to make peach jam, so I gave it a try first! It tasted really good when it was made. I scooped it out and tasted it while it was being cooked. I ate it with the steamed buns. I ate less than half of it without realizing it. Three steamed buns went down, so it was considered dinner. Bottle the rest and store it in the refrigerator. You can sandwich it with bread and eat it with steamed buns. It tastes better when refrigerated!

  1. Wash the fresh peaches

  2. Cut into pieces

  3. Cut into pieces and put in a basin

  4. Pour into the rice cooker, add a small bowl of water, cover and start cooking

  5. After cooking for 40 minutes, add appropriate amount of rock sugar and cook for another 20 minutes

  6. Bottle and refrigerate
