Wash the orange and cut it from the edge quickly.

Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp inside

Squeeze the juice from the pulp and stir 100ml into the custard

Soak gelatine sheets in ice water until soft.

Stir the prepared milk, light cream, orange juice and 20g of sugar evenly.

Just cook over low heat until slightly hot.
