Last time I made egg tarts, I added some puff pastry and made this jam puff pastry.

Ingredients are ready for use.

Roll out the puff pastry into thin slices, divide it into 4 small pieces, and make 4 cuts on the edges, cutting diagonally and connecting the diagonals.

Fold the cut corner in half, press it tightly and let it sit for 10 minutes. Brush with egg wash.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

Take out the middle and fill it with jam.

Let it cool and it’s ready.
