Peel the winter melon and cut into slices

Chop green onions and set aside

Cut pepper into small pieces

Put the salad oil in the pot one by one, add the chopped green onion, pepper powder, sliced winter melon slices, pepper cubes, salt, and soy sauce and stir-fry. Add some oyster sauce just before taking it out of the pot.

It tastes good, it would be even better if you add some coriander!
