Hand-made carrot noodles
Overview
Recently, the whole family likes to eat noodles. My husband said that the ones bought outside are all mushy and not delicious after being cooked, so I’ll try it myself. My son is allergic and can’t add eggs, so I’ll add carrot juice😃

Cut the carrots into cubes, add a little water and grind them in a blender

Use gauze to drain the juice

Add flour, little by little, add 3 grams of salt, half a spoon

Knead into non-sticky dough

I divided it into three parts and rolled them out thinly with a rolling pin

Cut it into small strips. The first time I did it, it was not very successful. It stuck when stacked and cut. Fortunately, I had some patience. I just carefully picked them apart one by one and patted them into powder. It was ok😄

After the water boils, the bottom part will not stick together. Add some minced meat seasoning and you are done. My daughter said it is super delicious😊
