Use ordinary flour to make fragrant bread without the need for film or secondary fermentation

Egg liquid, sugar, salt and oil are ready

Add flour

Dig a well in the middle and put the yeast powder

Add appropriate amount of warm water and use a bread machine to knead it until it is smooth without leaving the dough

Take it out and roll it into thin slices and brush it with a layer of corn oil

Fold and roll flat, repeat 3 times, like making a layer cake

Roll up and shape from one end

Arrange on baking sheet and ferment until doubled in size

Oven at 165 degrees for 20 minutes
