Buy fresh strawberries, wash and cut them.

After draining the water, put it in a pot, add rock sugar, and simmer over low heat. Stir constantly during the process, especially at the beginning. Don't make the heat too high, as sugar will easily stick to the pot. Don't get oily during the whole process.

Pack it in a clean, water-free, and oil-free jar, cover it after cooling, and put it in the refrigerator. It can be stored for a long time! I usually add it to yogurt and it tastes great.
