New Orleans grilled chicken neck

Clean and wash the chicken neck.

Use a bamboo skewer to prick some holes to get the flavor.

Mix the barbecue ingredients with warm water, add a little salt and mix well.

Pour the sauce into the chicken neck and stir evenly.

Marinate for more than 4 hours.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Fold the sides of the tin foil to prevent the juice from leaking out. Place the potato slices on top.

Place the marinated chicken neck and pour the sauce on top.

Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
