Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the bacon and slice it into thin slices. Add a little lean meat to the fatty areas and cut them together. Then boil the bacon twice, otherwise it will be too salty
-
Wash the tea tree mushrooms and put them on a plate without leaving any water
-
Put the bacon that has been boiled twice in water into the pot, turn on low heat, put the fat meat first, use it to stir-fry the oil, but don’t let it burn too much, then add the lean meat
-
Add the chili powder and stir-fry together. Control the heat so as not to burn the chili. Then leave a space in the middle and add the washed tea tree mushrooms and salt (because the bacon itself has salt, so for the sake of simplicity, I won’t pick it up and put it directly on the edge of the pot). Once the tea tree mushrooms are slightly softer, they can be fried with the bacon. Add seasonings, five-spice powder, chicken essence, and chopped green onions. Stir fry for a while and it’s ready to serve
