Wash the whole chicken.

Chicken skin side down. Put appropriate amount of oil, (butter), ginger, mountain ginger, garlic, etc. on the top and bottom of the rice cooker. Put the chicken into the rice cooker.

After putting all the ingredients, turn the rice cooker to the "cooking" setting. Turn the chicken over every 10 minutes and add appropriate amount of soy sauce (the skin will look beautiful)

About half an hour (the rice cooker switches to "Keep Warm") and it's ready! Chop the chicken into pieces...it's delicious!
