  1. Cook the noodles, boil them in cold water, and place them in the middle of the plate. Chop the red pepper into dices, add light soy sauce, salt starch, add water and mix thoroughly. Heat oil in a pan, pour in water starch, and cook until it becomes sticky. Take it out of the pan and pour it on the noodles. The presentation is OK. If you are not used to eating them raw, you can boil the vegetables in boiling water, mix well with the sauce, and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion.
