Cold Ice Grass
Overview
The Xinnong vegetable gift box I received this time included some wheatgrass that I didn’t eat enough during my last visit. This dish has a popping texture in the mouth, and is crispy, tender, and juicy. It tastes really good and doesn’t have any peculiar smell. I love eating it, especially the crystal clear salt cake on top. It tastes light and salty, and it melts in your mouth like a real herb. This dish can be eaten raw or served cold with a little seasoning. I wonder if it would be more magical to chill the wheatgrass in summer and eat it out? I'll try it myself in the summer, hehe.

Prepare ingredients: Xinnong wheatgrass, garlic, chili sauce, vinegar, chopped cooked peanuts, and fried sesame seeds.

Wash the wheatgrass twice with clean water to dry it and set aside

Peel the garlic and mince it with garlic clips
