Seaweed and meat floss cake roll
Overview

Material preparation. (Amount of 2 volumes)

Separate the eggs into two clean, water-free and oil-free bowls and set aside.

Put milk, salad oil, and 20 grams of fine sugar in a deep bowl.

Use a hand mixer to beat the sugar until the sugar melts and becomes lighter in color and larger in volume.

Sift in the mixed flour and cornstarch. Mix well.

Pour the mixed batter into the baking pan and put it in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 12-15 minutes. (The specific time depends on the temperature of each oven)

After the cake is baked, turn it upside down on the baking rack and let it cool. Take 2 pieces of seaweed and place them on oil paper.

Place the cooled cake slices and spread a layer of salad dressing.

Put the meat floss and cucumber strips.
