Appetizing white radish
Overview
Although I know that eating white radish in winter is better than ginseng, there are many ways to cook white radish. This is what my grandma taught me. It is very homely! Very simple! Very delicious! This is my first time posting a recipe ~ I hope you all like it!

Ingredients
Steps
-
What I bought was grown by the old lady in the village! Very crispy and sweet! Peel and shred!
-
Five stalks of green garlic, grown on my balcony! Very fragrant! Wash and cut into small pieces for later use!
-
Radishes are very oily ~ I used lard for frying fat pork!
-
When the oil has melted and opened, add the chopped pork/beef and then quickly pour in about two tablespoons of light soy sauce! (This is a lazy method ~ used when catching meat without starch, but it also has the effect of tenderizing the meat!)
-
After the meat is stir-fried, add chili powder according to your personal taste!
-
Then add the chopped white radish!
-
After the radish is cooked, add the chopped green garlic and salt! (I personally don’t eat chicken essence and MSG. In fact, adding soy sauce is enough!)
-
When the green garlic is cooked, start cooking immediately! It’s delicious and goes well with meals!
