Tuna and egg sandwich
Overview
I have a light food machine at home, which is very convenient for making breakfast. Usually when I make toast for my children and make sandwiches for my children, I put them directly on them. The ones made with a light food machine are fried, and the surface is crispy, but the inside is still soft, which is a different taste experience. Fortunately, my kids like this texture, so I will use it to make a tuna and egg sandwich today.

Turn on the preheating timer of the light food machine and crack in an egg for 1 minute. Cover and fry for one and a half to 2 minutes.

Spread it on the toast slices and spread it in the middle. Leave a little more space on the four sides. The filling will spread automatically after pressing it tightly.

Spread the fried eggs on top.

Place in a light food maker and top with a piece of toast.

Close the lid tightly and fry for 2-3 minutes. The pan has already been preheated when frying eggs, so there is no need to preheat it. The specific time I usually control is between 2-3 minutes.
