Wash and dry the prawns, remove the triangular area from the lower head, open the back and remove the yarn, fry over high heat until cooked and set aside

You can add more water a few times, and add some salt to taste. After the soup boils, put down the fried potatoes and prawns, simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the juice is slightly reduced, and you can take it out of the pot and put it on a plate.
