Rinse mountain grapes and soak them in light salt water for about ten minutes. This is to remove pesticides and other harmful substances from the grape skins. Then rinse it again with clean water and drain the water.

Put the washed grapes into a clean basin, crush the grapes one by one with your hands, leave the grape skins, grape seeds and pulp in the basin and add rock sugar. The ratio of grapes to rock sugar is about 20:1. (If you like it sweeter, you can add more) and stir evenly.

When the rock sugar is almost melted, put it into a clean and sealed bottle and leave it for about 20 days before you can drink it.
