  1. Soak the beans the night before.

  2. Crush the soaked soybeans in a food processor. It does not need to be foamed. It is better to have lumpy particles.

  4. Blanch the spinach in hot water and chop finely.

  5. Boil the water in the pot and add the rice. The ratio of water to rice is the same as when making millet porridge.
