Soak the beans the night before.

Crush the soaked soybeans in a food processor. It does not need to be foamed. It is better to have lumpy particles.

Wash the millet with water.

Blanch the spinach in hot water and chop finely.

Boil the water in the pot and add the rice. The ratio of water to rice is the same as when making millet porridge.

Boil millet for about ten minutes and add crushed soybeans.

Then boil it.

The soybeans float on the water first, and then simmer for a while before merging with the millet porridge, about 15-20 minutes.
