Spicy Grilled Chicken Wings
Overview
Everyone loves chicken wings, and I like grilled chicken wings the most. Watching the chicken wings turn from white to dark in the oven, the skin first dries out, then slowly becomes oily, becomes moist, and then starts to turn red and bright brown. When the chicken wings in the oven are sizzling and oily, I stand next to the oven and my mouth is watering!

Wash the chicken wings and poke holes with toothpicks so that the seasoning can penetrate easily.

Add salt, cooking wine, ginger slices, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce and marinate for 2 hours

Wash the marinated chicken wings and put them on the baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, add the chicken wings, and bake at 200 degrees in the middle for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, brush both sides of the grilled chicken wings with a layer of vegetable oil.

Brush with another layer of sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Place on top of oven and continue baking for 15 minutes.

The sauce is made of 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, and 1 gram of sugar and stirred evenly. The sauce can be prepared in advance.
