Ingredients: eggs, cheese, milk, sugar, butter, plain flour and cornstarch.

Measure the cheese and butter into a basin.

Add sugar to egg whites.

Sift flour into cheese batter.

Add one-third of the egg white batter to the cheese batter and mix evenly.
