Wash the potatoes, peel them and put them in water

Cut the peeled potatoes into slices and shreds, wash them in water, and then soak them in water for 5 minutes

Cut the carrots into slices and then shreds, cut the chives into sections, and cut the green pepper into shreds and set aside

Pour peanut oil into the pot and heat until the oil temperature is about 40 degrees. Add in the Sichuan peppercorns and dried cupola peppers and fry until they are spicy and spicy. Take them out (the oil temperature should not be too high to prevent them from frying).
