Unlike hot pot restaurants outside, there are usually only a few choices, either bone soup base or spicy soup base. The hot pot this time was a private dish of Shi Xin's. I had never tasted it before and it was not available in the market. I used butter, onions and tomatoes to make a sweet and sour soup base, then added the Western condiments pizza grass and basil, and then seasoned it. It has a combination of Chinese and Western flavors, which is very special, delicious and appetizing. When eating, they are also strung into skewers. Some of them are put into the hot pot and eaten while cooking. The other ones are put in a bottle, like a bouquet of flowers, which makes people feel comfortable while eating delicious food and looking at the beautiful scenery.

Steps

Remove the skin from the onion, wash and cut into fine pieces.

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Heat the pan and melt the butter.

Add a little minced onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add in minced onion and stir-fry until soft and fragrant.
