Homemade delicious carrot candies

Overview

I saw Tupperware selling pots. They were so expensive. I tried the carrot candies and lemon peels made in that tall pot. They were all delicious. I also tried them with my own pot. Hey, they were good!

  1. Cut the carrots into coin-thick slices and add them to the pan with rock sugar and stir-fry over high heat.

  2. When the carrots are out of water, stir-fry them with rock sugar over high heat.

  3. After the juice is reduced, stir-fry over low heat.

  4. Fry the icing and cool it, then pack it up and eat it whenever you want.
