Pour the milk into the bread pan, add the eggs, salt in one corner and sugar in the other.

When it has doubled in size, divide the dough into 8 portions, round and deflate. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes.

Place in a baking tray lined with tin foil for secondary fermentation.

Add some salt to the chopped green onions and mix well. After the bread has fermented for the second time, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Place in the preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes. I baked two pans.
