Braised Pork Knuckles with Five Spice Peanuts

Wash the pig's feet and boil them in water. Rinse off the float and soak them in a basin of cold water and two ice packs for an hour

Drain the water

Slice ginger and mince garlic

Wash the peanuts and set aside

Additional ingredients: homemade honey-pickled tangerine peel

Heat the casserole with a little peanut oil

Add ginger slices and minced garlic and saute until fragrant

Add the pig's feet and stir-fry for a while

Add peanuts and stir-fry

Add two spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of dark soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of five-spice powder. If you don’t add any ingredients, stir well and then add the next ingredient

Finally add honey pickled tangerine peel, personal preference! (can be omitted)

Pour in boiling water to cover the pig's feet

Cover the casserole and simmer over medium-low heat for 50 minutes
