Plum jam
Overview
Jam can be spread on bread, but I like to mix it with homemade yogurt. It tastes very good.

Wash the plums.

Remove the core and cut into small pieces. I had to use a food processor to break the ones I made today, so they were cut into large pieces. If you don’t use a food processor, you have to cut them into smaller pieces.

Add sugar and rock sugar.

Mix well and let it sit for two hours. A lot of water will come out.

Break into pieces using a food processor.

Start cooking over high heat.

There will be a lot of foam as it cooks, so scoop it out with a spoon.

Stir constantly with a spoon. Taste it while it's cooking and if it's not sweet enough, add some sugar.

Sterilize the bottles at high temperature.

When it's cooked like this, turn off the heat.

Bottle, invert and let cool before storing in the refrigerator.
