Homemade wild jujube juice
Overview
I went on a trip to the mountains on October 5th and bought some wild jujubes. It's been freezing since I got home, so I'll do it today if I have time. Wild jujube is rich in nutrients, sweet and sour, and has a unique aroma. It tastes even better when chilled😍

-
Wash well. Put it in a pot and pour in appropriate amount of water. Start cooking (just 30 minutes)…
-
After boiling the pot for about 15 minutes, it has already cracked. (At this time, the house is filled with the fragrance of wild jujubes, which smells particularly good.)
-
Use a spoon to remove the white sugar and crush it for a more intense flavor
-
Let cool slightly. Find a heat-resistant plate, put clean cotton gauze on it, pour the whole pot of wild jujube juice into it and filter
-
Pour the filtered juice back into the pot again
-
Continue to tighten
-
There is no juice left. You can throw it away
