Overview

On Monday, November 4th, I received Haoshi Food’s seasonal and safe vegetable packets, and I was super happy. There are four kinds of vegetables in the vegetable bag: chrysanthemum, carrot, Xinmei radish, and beetroot. The 4 kinds of vegetables are about 2kg, very fresh and very clean. I have never made beetroot before, and this is the first time I have seen the whole dish. There are very few root beet recipes online. After researching for a long time, I decided to be more conservative and make garlic root beets.
