Homemade healthy fruit tea

The weather has started to get a little cooler recently. You can take advantage of afternoon tea and treat yourself to a pot of hot fruit tea, which can cleanse the intestines, relieve greasiness, and detoxify and beautify the body.

Prepare to wash all the fruits. (Don’t forget to wash the lemon peel with salt to remove wax and dirt)

Cut the apples and pears into small pieces with the skin on. Lemon slices.

Pour mineral water into the cooking pot. (I personally think mineral water is relatively pure.)

After the water boils, add all the fruits, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

When the fruit tea cools down a bit, add honey to taste.
