  1. Prepare to wash all the fruits. (Don’t forget to wash the lemon peel with salt to remove wax and dirt)

  3. Pour mineral water into the cooking pot. (I personally think mineral water is relatively pure.)

  4. After the water boils, add all the fruits, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
