Baked Cheese Mash Potatoes
Overview
Recently, I saw fresh potatoes on the market. Continuing my new potato meal, I made cheese mashed potatoes today and baked them in the oven!

Peel off the skin, put it in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush the potatoes into mashed potatoes

Onion cut into small cubes

Cut bacon into small cubes

Put appropriate amount of olive oil into the pot

First sauté the diced onions, then add the diced bacon and mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a while. Add some salt to taste

Put the mashed potatoes in a large bowl, put the ingredients into the mashed potatoes

Add some black pepper and chicken essence and mix well

Divide into small baking bowls, I measure 4 small bowls

Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese evenly on top

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the surface is slightly golden
