1. 1 Wash the cabbage, remove the leaves and leave only the cabbage stems

   

2. 2 Cut into strips

   

3. 3 Wash and cut the leeks into sections

   

4. 4 Pour oil into the wok, heat it slightly, add cabbage stems and stir-fry

   

5. 5 Pour soy sauce and light soy sauce

   

6. 6 Continue to stir-fry

   

7. 7 Just before serving, add the leek segments

   

8. 8 Stir quickly and turn off the heat
