Prepare materials

Wash the pears, remove the core and cut into small slices, add appropriate amount of water. (I put half a pot of water in a 16cm pot, about 6OOml).

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat.

Crush the cooked pulp in a blender, then pour it into the sugar water and then filter it.
