Honey grapefruit tea
Overview
The weather outside the house has been cold and dry recently, and the heating inside the house has been sufficient. It is hot and dry, and I keep getting angry. It happened that my husband bought two grapefruits, saying they were for an event, and they cost ten yuan each. He was very excited, and I had no idea whether it was really cheap. I just thought it would be good to make honey grapefruit tea.

Wash the grapefruit with salt water, peel it, the thinner the skin, the better, and cut into shreds.

Put the grapefruit peel in salt water, rub it, and soak it in the salt water for at least an hour.

Remove the tendons from the grapefruit meat and break it into small pieces, the smaller the better.

Remove the grapefruit peel and rinse it to remove the salt, then cook it over medium heat with the pulp, rock sugar, and an appropriate amount of water.

Cook until it becomes thick, about an hour or so, stirring constantly to avoid sticking to the pot, and then turn off the heat when the water is dry.

After cooling, add an appropriate amount of honey and put it into a sealed oil-free and water-free container. It can be eaten after two or three days.
