Stir-fried elbow scallops with green onions
Overview
I don’t like to eat either raw onions or cooked onions. I only have a soft spot for the green onions in the Scallion Blast series. The onion aroma is overflowing with a hint of sweetness.

A piece of boiled elbow meat, some green onions and

Slice the elbow meat and cut the green onions into hob sections

Heat the pan with cold oil, put the elbow meat slices into the pan and stir-fry. Note: Because of the fleshy skin, the oil may splash easily, so be careful of burns.

Fry the meat slices until slightly brown, add green onions, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, and stir-fry over high heat with cooking wine.

Before serving, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG.
