Korean fried rice cake
Overview
Another lazy dish, the secret of this Korean rice cake lies in the choice of hot sauce. I have bought many brands of hot sauce: Tohu Hot Sauce, Qingjingyuan, and Liuxiang. This time I used the second bottle I bought from Shanfu recommended by my colleagues who study in Korea. The taste is very authentic! Highly recommended! It is also the soul of this dish. It is sold in Tmall supermarket and the price is not expensive. Let’s talk about the cost of raw materials: 2 pieces of rice cake, 11 pieces of hot pot base, 2.5 pieces of carrots and onions, a total of 14.5 pieces, serving 2-3 people.

All raw material pictures above. Wash the carrots and onions, and soak the rice cakes in water.
