Baby Appetizing Prune Puree
Overview
Prune puree is an appetizer puree. Every mother knows that prunes have many benefits. Prunes can increase various vitamins in children. The sweet and sour taste helps to appetize babies. Babies who don’t like to eat can eat two spoons of prune puree before meals. Prunes also have a laxative effect on babies with constipation (my family never eats it without seeing results). Eating prunes for the elderly can supplement iron, zinc, and potassium to strengthen the body and bones, so prunes are a good thing that the whole family can eat

Steps
-
Wash the prunes first, then take out seven and cut them open and remove the cores. I eat the prunes every day so I make enough for one day. You can also make more and store it in the refrigerator
-
Pour seven prunes and 150 ml of water into the juicing cup, stir and crush with one click
-
After stirring, this is how it becomes soupy
-
Finally, pour it into the pot and cook. Cook over low to medium heat until it boils (90 degrees for the induction cooker). After boiling, change to a low heat (60 degrees for the induction cooker). Be sure to stir back and forth or it will burn. When changing to a low heat, add rock sugar, because the prunes will become sour after cooking, so add some rock sugar to increase the sweetness and it will be much more delicious. Boil for about twenty minutes to half an hour and it’s ready

It’s OK when it becomes thick. If you make more, you can put it in a glass bottle and put it in the refrigerator to keep for three days. My baby loves it
