Homemade pork rind jelly
Overview
Pig skin jelly, as a true northerner. A must-have food for the Chinese New Year dinner table. When I don’t feel like cooking. Clap the garlic cloves and add some soy sauce and vinegar and you're ready to eat.

Cook the purchased pork rinds and pork

To remove the hair from cooked pork rinds, I am lazy with a razor blade. Very clean shave.

Remove oil from cooked pork rinds

This step must be done to remove the oil and hang the hair from the pig skin. If you don’t remove the lard, the pig skin will not be frozen

The processed pig skin is cut into strips and the pork is cut into chunks

Cut pork into small pieces

Pour into the pressure cooker and wait for 5 minutes after boiling

After cooking, add salt, MSG, soy sauce and dark soy sauce if you like the color darker. I didn’t put a lot of salt because I was going to eat it with soy sauce, vinegar and garlic cloves when it was ready. Condiments can be added according to personal preference
