Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and put them into two clean containers

Then add the condensed milk in two or three times and mix slowly.

Take out the refrigerated egg whites, add the egg whites to the creamy egg yolk liquid in three batches, and slowly mix well.

Various jams, chocolate liquid, cranberries, etc. can be added according to personal preference. Pour into an airtight container and place in the refrigerator to freeze for more than 4 hours (don't worry, it won't freeze hard).
