Wash the tomatoes, cut them into four small pieces according to the cross, but be careful not to cut them completely, just cut them into four pieces that stick together.

Take out the cooked tomatoes and put them in cold water, peel them, and cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces. If you don't like tomato seeds, you can remove the seeds. Put the cut tomatoes into a small bowl, add red vinegar and white sugar (if you like a stronger taste, you can add salt, pepper and other seasonings~), then cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 5-9 hours.

Take out the pickled tomatoes, put them into the juicer, add an appropriate amount of ice cubes and yogurt, stir them into powder, take them out and put them into a dish, then we will make a tomato milkshake. If you like, you can also put the tomatoes in the refrigerator.
