【Mango Ice Cream】
Overview
Mango ice cream, the simplest and zero-failure ice cream, is what the children have eaten the most this summer. Because sometimes I don’t have time, both of them can make it themselves. Pure pulp juice, with a little evaporated milk added, has a delicate texture and sweet taste.

Prepare mango and whipped cream.

Clean the mango and cut off the pulp on both sides.

Cut into small pieces.

Use a mango juicer to squeeze out thick pulp juice.

Add the squeezed mango puree to the light cream and stir evenly.

Pour into the ice cream mold, about eight or nine minutes full.

Insert the ice cream lid and move it smoothly into the refrigerator to freeze until hard.
