Ingredients coconut milk, papaya, sago

Wash the sago and soak it in cold water for a quarter of an hour

Wash the papaya and cut it in half, scoop out the papaya seeds

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour in the soaked sago. Turn on medium to low heat. Keep stirring the sago in the pot. Be careful of sticking

Boil the sago until transparent, rinse with cold water and drain

Continue to add water to the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the sago. After boiling for a minute or two, turn off the heat

Pour coconut milk into papaya

Then drain the cooked sago and add it to the coconut milk, and you’re done
